Not Receiving your e-TQR?

Dear Members,

It has been brought to my attention that the e-TQR was not received by some members.

It is likely that the email may have routed its way to another folder (i.e. Spam Folder). There are 2 ways that you can solve it:

 

1) Search all your email folders for "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." or "TQR" and direct that email to your inbox

 

2) Make sure that "This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it." is added to your "approved" contacts in your email so you get all future newsletters

 

This is relatively new system implemented by IBM and we are constantly trying to improve the system. If you have any questions, feel free to contact us at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it..
